With the help of our integrated upload tool or our Smartphone App, you can easily create your own personal image processing order for your car pictures.
IMAGE UPLOAD
After submitting your order, your pictures will be uploaded to our server. The successful upload will also be confirmed by a notification-email.
IMAGE EDITING
Your order will be processed and made available for download within a few hours – a corresponding information regarding the completion will be sent to you by mail. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of the image processing, you can have selected images corrected free of charge. This is to ensure 100% satisfaction of our customers.
IMAGE DOWNLOAD
With the order status in your account area, you will always be kept up to date with the current status of your orders. As soon as your orders are available for download, you can download your finished images and use them further.

WHAT ARE THE BENEFITS OF YOUR SERVICE?

HOW LONG DO MY PICTURES TAKE TO BE EDITED?
This depends on the volume of your order. Normally, your images are ready for download within a few minutes (for automated processing) or a few hours (for manual processing). With the express function, a job is brought forward.
ARE MY PICTURES SAFE?
Your pictures are only saved for the purpose of image processing. Furthermore, there is absolute secrecy about image content.
CAN YOU USE INDIVIDUAL BACKGROUNDS?
Of course, we can also design individual backgrounds and graphics for you. Please contact our customer service for this.
HOW OR WHEN ARE MY ORDERS BILLED?
Each month you will receive a detailed invoice of your completed orders by email, which you can pay by bank transfer.
WHAT WILL I DO IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH A PERFORMANCE?
If you are dissatisfied with the processing of an image, you have the option in your account area to send the affected image again for correction within one week of completion. The correction is of course free of charge!
HOW CAN I CHANGE MY USER DATA OR PASSWORD?
Under the menu item ‘Edit profile’, you can change / update all user data.
